Their elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay capture the hills’ volcanic soils, cool-climate finesse, and layered complexity, paired with a multi-course tasting menu created by the Kann culinary team that highlights seasonal ingredients and thoughtful pairings designed to complement the wines’ balance, texture, and nuance.

Hiyu Wine Dinner
Join us at Kann for an evening with Hiyu Wine Farm of the Columbia River Gorge. A biodynamic estate and working farm, Hiyu crafts expressive Pinot Noir, Riesling, and other cool-climate varieties that reflect the Gorge’s unique soils, winds, and sun exposure. Their wines capture energy, balance, and a true sense of place. A seasonal harvest-inspired tasting menu will highlight peak fall ingredients, thoughtfully paired to complement the wines’ vibrancy, freshness, and evolving character.

Looking to host your own event?
Our private dining room at Kann is located upstairs above our main dining room. This bright and beautiful space is available Wednesday through Sunday for reservations at 5pm or 5:30pm for private dinners for up to 36 guests.
You and your guests will enjoy a three-course, family style dinner from Kann with favorites from our seasonal menu.
